it can sometimes take 12+hrs, probably worse today given how busy they'd be. They might even phone you up to confirm you did order it so ensure you're answering phone calls from random numbers as I almost missed the first time I purchased one of these awhile ago.

No it's not, you can type your own amount in when you click on the gift card page and no it's not out of stock. You need to add the gift card to your cart and then go to pay where you'll see the minus amount i.e. $500 gift card = $450 charge (500 - 50).
ah thanks for that, my bad. I didn't select a payment method so the discount didn't apply. Thanks for correcting me.

Added 2 x $500 to my cart and is showing no discount. When I click on the 'go to deal link' it said the offer had expired.
Yeah I've ordered when they have deals previously, I also ordered through this deal.
Placed the order at 12:24pm and got the gift card at 12:27pm.
Seems like it has expired though.
