Apparently these guys are the QLD distributor. Get in touch with them - https://www.arkienvironments.au/steelcase-arki-store
Ergohuman have 10% off their new ergohuman 2 (not V2 that's old) luxury. Would probably be better chair and value than these.
https://www.ergohuman.com.au/ergohuman-black-friday-sale/Highly recommend people to try out both and choose whichever they feel is the best chair for their requirements and budget.
Agree with this statement on trying for comfort, it's just the Ergohuman chairs are more than 50 percent less for equivalent so value remains accurate.
I do like the Ergohuman chairs, but I disagree that they are equivalent. We have just received a Steelcase Leap, Karmen and Gesture, and it is clear moving from our Ergohumans to the Leap that they are indeed far superior. Way more comfortable and adjustable.
The main issue we have had with the Ergohuman chairs is the base seat mesh getting loose over time (2-4 years) and you then get the surrounds cutting into the backs of your thighs, which is not ideal.
@dtpearson: They are improving this all the time the ergohuman 2 uses a new elastomer mesh which is more flexible and durable.
What's holiday edition vs regular leap or gesture? Does anyone know if I can easily cancel before pickup? Planning to try instore tmrw in Sydney but don't wanna miss out
Holiday edition has wheels for carpet.
Also slightly different fabric options to our standard finishes.
Hi, if I pick up from your warehouse, do I have to take the packaging back home in case I have to return the chair?
@dddd2: Typically if you do a warehouse pickup we remove the packaging. This is because the packaging tends to be huge. We can arrange for pickup in the box on special request, except for items that require installer assembly for safety and compliance reasons.
@SteelcaseAustralia: Can I return it to your warehouse without packaging if the packaging is removed during pickup?
@dddd2: If the chair is faulty it can be returned free of charge. If it is not faulty but you still wish to return it, customer is responsible for return shipping fee as well as a flat re-stocking fee of $50. You can read our full policy here:
Hello rwandrall,
We allow for cancellation before pickup. You can read our returns and cancellation policy here:

Hi rep can we buy the headrest separately?
Series 1/2 can do, but only on request. Leap/Gesture are installed at the factory, though, and can't be added later.
How about the lumbar support of Karman? Any chance we can add this as option?
We will be adding that in Australia but not until next year, unfortunately. The good news is we will be able to offer it as an add-on and it just clips onto the back.
Series 1 $569.25 with the 25% discount,
however back in 2021 it was $471 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/625905
and in 2022 it was $457 with the discount https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/699984
Thought older models suppose to get cheaper as time goes on not more expensive.Hey man I wish things cost what they did in 2021, too. The $457 in 2022 was for the no-arms version. Also, we are offering $35% off on the no-arms holiday edition here which is $460 after discount:

259$ shipping to WA is criminal.
$200 for us in northern NSW. The box is MASSIVE.
Which one is the equivalent of the Aeron? or is there even?
its karmen. full mesh chair. its a tier below though
and no headrest even 3rd party :(
Back to back, I felt like the Karmen was a tier below the Steelcase Leap (haven't tried the Aeron)
I think karman is rival of cosm. They are both newest model, minimal adjustability, a tier below leap and aeron but cost similar or more money.
Why doesn't Holiday edition offer headrest option? Why is non homiday edition 10% less discount πππππ
The Holiday Edition is for selected options only that we are planning to carry just for a short time, which is why they have deeper discounts but fewer options.
$189 Shipping is criminal also Regional SA (10-14 Days, Self Assembly Required)
Leaning towards the Ergotune still for $630
$200 for us in northern NSW. You will understand when you see the box it is MASSIVE.
Steelcase doesn't seem to ship to QLD at all? Seems like need to reach out to CS and get a custom quote, how weird.
