Got one a few months ago. Be aware I can confirm with Rtings review that says" sibilants like S and T sounds sound piercing, so they have a slightly bright sound overall". Everything else about this earbud is top notch. the most comfortable one I have owned so far. Have had Sennheiser momentum 3, airpods pro 1, Beats fit pro in the past.
For someone trying to use as workout headphones, would you suggest these over Beats Fit Pro?
I would. The beats were great in the beginning but after a while hurt my ears. I did not do heavy workouts on both. Light walking running, the jabra never fell out.

Yeah same. I think they have retracted the specials for the Elite 10's :( I've been checking constantly today (https://www.jabra.com.au/deals/black-friday) - used to show five deals (last two was 'Coming Soon') but has now been removed 2-3 hours ago sigh.
