  I love thunderpants. They're pricey but they're really comfortable and wash well. Made in NZ.

  What did you used to wear from Bonds? I used to wear comfytails which were the most comfortable undies ever, they had thinner lighter bands compared to their signature cottontail midis. They stopped making them (BOO!) and they got replaced with Everyday Organics, which are still pretty much the same cut as comfytails, but a bit higher cut in the bikini and the crotchband imo is less wide. I don't love them (comfytails were better, organics are cut too high) but they are still the only alternative I can find to comfytails. They are often sold out of many sizes though, they never seem to have stock. It's really annoying. But I still find them pretty comfortable.

  Also it depends if you like bikini cut, full brief, midis etc, thin or thick waistbands, or if you're into cotton or don't mind silky stuff. I prefer cottony briefs with thin bands. The best two in that style is still Bonds Every Day Organics, and Underworks by BigW is pretty comfy but the quality is pretty abysmal, they don't last.
