Not sure whether i'm a fan of this deal or not.
Dunno 'bout you, but it blows me away!
Then you must be a fan-actic!
These puns are pretty cool
But they're a breeze to come up with anyway..
Don't get sucked into buying it
Don't just blow it off either
this deal both sucks and blows at the same time.
This deal is a bit airy fairy
2 dorra cheaper?
That's ballsy of you…
That's a pretty good price, I paid like $27 for one a while back and that wasn't including the shipping.
If anyone wants to know, these a best suited for a push/pull setup for your cpu coolers, probably the best fans you can get.
The whole first page on Static Ice is cheaper than what you paid

"a while back"
My point was prices change over time, as the IT world goes, $100 today could be $70 next week or month and so on..
You probably should have phrased your comment that way then!
No need to, I knew a hero would come along and save the day :)
As mentioned above,
1850rpm
28dba
58.3cfm
Not the 'best' if you want alot of air flow but good for case circulation
these are meant for static pressure and not cfm….. waste of money if used as case fans
I was simply posting the specs if some people were interested :/
A lot of fan manufacturers show vastly skewed airflow/noise specs so it's not really worth looking at. There are no clear standards for testing so you can't directly compare spec sheets unless it comparing within the same brand.
Scythe are somewhat better in their testing methods, however as HeXa said the airflow rating isn't too important here - static pressure is. From experience these fans are awesome for high performance air cooling or on radiators :)
So if I have 2x NF-P12's as my front intakes cooling my hard drives and one of these GT's as exhasut.
I should swap a NF-P12 for the GT?
For Sydney residents you can get this cheaper at ARC which is all over Sydney and save on the shipping cost, so this won't be a bargain for you.
ARC isn't exactly all over Sydney…
Closest one to me is 30mins away at either Parramatta, Silverwater or Liverpool.
Didn't know there is an ARC in Chatswood…
Not really a fan of these……….
They were cheaper last time you posted.
Sigh, these fans aren't even that good compared to the NB PL-2 or the new E-loop fans.
And the GTs are quite noisy as well.
fan price is so so but nice price on shipping
EDIT: if anyone is interested, these are 1850rpm
