Hi everyone,
I just recently got the Westpac Altitude Velocity black card and am having trouble accessing the rewards tab on both the app and online banking.
An error "We are currently experiencing technical errors with the Westpac Rewards and Offers hub and are actively looking to resolve this. Please try again later." appears and the only thing i can see is shopback offers.
I called Westpac and they said it is because I've chosen the Velocity rewards, so I cannot see the offers. I think this a bit dumb considering AMEX doesn't hide rewards/offers just because you've chosen a certain program to go with.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Spoke with another Westpac Rep, and they mentioned that it was a widely known issue and are 'working' to resolve this.
will continue to check app/online banking daily for another week.
Not a good first impression.
Had it a few weeks ago, but now it's fine. Also enrolled with Velocity but I have a Platinum card
