I no nothing about scooters really, but in the limited research I've done this looks like a very good deal!

Good weight capacity, decent speed and distances… doesn't look like anyone but Kogan is selling this for sub $800 (and you need a membership with them to get that price).

    Plus vote, great post!

I work at hospitals less than 10km one way and do rotating shift work in day, afternoon and night times.

Is this Scooter a worthwhile investment for such short commute s on varying days?

Just check you can charge it at work, as with most things the stated k's it can travel is only if your going slow.

Got this from amazon for around 650 last time and its been pretty good so far.
Pros: great range even for a heavy person, decent acceleration and can manage most uphills on sport mode (struggles with any hill in normal or eco), charging adapter built into the body, software have 80% max charge limit to extend battery life, decent lights for night driving and safety
Cons: very heavy due to large battery and strong frame, no suspension so expect bumps on uneven pavement, tyres are not self healing, no cruise control

  • How does this compare to the new g2 max?
