Hi Ozbargainers,

WOW team - thank you for your support with last weeks Cetirizine deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/811342 we've packed and sent over 800 boxes of product. All orders from this deal (where the provided addresses are compliant) have now shipped, those who provided parcel collect/lockers and selected regular envelope post have received a message asking for an updated address. Feedback from clients generally at the moment indicate delivery is around 10 working days from dispatch, but I have received several emails from clients living in North Western Sydney indicating delivery may be a little slower in this region.

I've had quite a few requests for low price Loratadine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loratadine , Trust one of the major brands we support offered me all of their remaining stock in Australia, which of course I accepted, only to find on delivery that the product provided was a mixture of different batches ie/ A giant mess of varying expiry dates.

      Yes but only in a syrup - so the problem is shipping is expensive (satchel) and due to the reasonably low demand, our pricing will only be on par with your average pharmacy. Sorry I hate to turn away business but your might be better off checking out your local pharmacy.

    Hi Jason, my 70 Hayfexo Fexofenadine Hydrochloride + 70x Cetrine Cetirizine Combo order from a few weeks ago has still not arrived (it was shipped out on 27 October 2023). I emailed <[email protected]> last week but haven't received a response.

    Can you please assist?

      Hi - please PM your details, very hard to assist without details of the order and our inbox has received around 2,000 emails (literally) since then, so its very hard to go back looking for any emails on that day that may not have been responded to.

          Yep - replied, looks like its been 12/13 working days since the item shipped, so your still in the "average" zone, hopefully delivery will be soon.

      Thanks - I will fix this, I have stock, I let a few lines run down earlier this week to slow orders as we couldn't pack them fast enough, but we've caught up now.
