Just be careful buying gift card from Shopback.
Especially their so called Super Swap cards.
But it is clearly stated on shopbacks webpage.
And their communication is 💩. Currently been a week and still ignoring the issue.
And i have included Screen shots to them. as proof
They do knowledge that people can't swap as advise. But refusing to refund.
So was this fraud, or an error in the description?
I think they should refund if the description isn’t correct.

But perhaps it is an issue with a description that wan’t updated when the card updated their 3rd party agreements, not actually fraud?

And you reckon they are trying to trick you, or are deliberately lying to you? Not that they are just haphazard in updating a product description.
They should refund you for their error, but claiming it was deliberate seems crazy.

OK , the site still says you a purchase the Super swap gift card.
It is still showing very clearly that you can transfer it the the retailer i required.
I also have got the email that's states that it is not available.
I requested refund as i bought it on the ground for that retailer.
Refund rejected and told to transfer it to one of the other retailers in their list.
I have refused, As i bought it for that retailer.
As you can only email or robot chat, replies from them very very slow,
The Super Swap i purchase has 1.75% cashback and had the longest list of retailers.
Even now the retailer is listed.
Also Preezzee who you have to go through.
Emailed me saying it's not been available for sometime .
They say that it must go through Shop Back to sort out, Washed there hands

I just checked the listing, it does listed Google Play as one the retailer that you can swap to. If you do buy things from eBay, maybe you can swap to eBay and avoid all these refund drama. Shopback should update the listing and take care of their customer if the listing is incorrect.

I'd be interested to know what's happened to the Google Play gift cards (both direct or swappable) on ShopBack as well as they've been unavailable for a while, and if there's any ETA on when they'll be back.
Hey mate, yeah I'm looking into this with our team here who work with Prezzee who power these cards, hopefully should have some insight soon.
I'll just transfer to Coles to avoid any issues, but the list does clearly say The Iconic for example, but that is not an option once signed into Prezzee.
Reading this is giving me a massive headache.
Dealing with Shopback gives ME a massive headache.
