Can You Unlock The TP-Link VX220 Modem/Router Supplied by Internode?

Hi all,

I have a TP-Link vx220 modem router which was recently sent to me by internode. I'm thinking of leaving that ISP and assuming these are locked to the carrier. Just wondering the steps involved if you want to get it unlocked.

  Unlocked for internet use. The VoIP phone settings maybe locked.

  You assumed wrong….. Even the Telstra modems are not locked to Telstra!

    The telstra modems are VoIP locked to telstra.

      LOL and who uses that these days!? But yes you are right. So excluding the VoIP side of things that no one uses, its pretty free to go.
