      For me though, I don't really care about the looks of my running shoes. I'm far more interested in comfort, performance and value.

        Same. I only wear them for running and when I run I already look like a sweating mess. So looks are not important to me. Give me comfort, performance and value anytime.

      They're a bloody great shoe. My original pair have nearly 700km in them and I use them as a daily trainer these days. About 150km in my current pair and another pair waiting in the cupboard. :)

  Just my experience. These are such versatile, light and comfortable plated shoes. Great as daily trainers and race day (relatively stable and fast). Save them for threshold runs. Fit my wide forefoot so well. Great lockdown. Highly recommend!

    Not sure that these kinds of plated shoes are necessarily suitable as daily trainers, but great if they have worked for you :).

    If anything using them as such can lead to more foot injuries and the like based on some reading from Doctors of Running and other reputable sites.

      You're right. Not out and out a daily trainer but certainly in the rotation. Triumph 20s do the trick in that space for me.
