Part of Bunnings Black Friday sale.

Cracking deal on this small mower. Ideal for smaller well kept areas.

A friend of mine has this mower and she is very happy with it. Mainly because of its light weight and ease of use.

I have used it at her place and it works well if you manage expectations. It will bog down and occasionally cut out in long grass if you push it too hard. But it's fine if you just go a bit slower.

When her lawn is mowed frequently, it does it very easily. Battery life is good, her lawn area is about 60-70sqm and one battery does it easily when doing maintenance cuts.

  Just bought it. Quick review for Empire Zoysia at full length. 3/5 stars.

  Pros:

  • Does the job at 45mm. Any lower and it has a hard time, becomes difficult to push and can have cut-outs. (<45mm is scalping anyway)
  • Easy to manoeuvre due to low weight
  • Lightweight, can carry with one arm
  • Does the job comfortably for around 30m2 before battery dies

  Cons:

  • Cheaply made, obviously
  • Battery doesn't charge immediately after use, probably too hot
  • Battery doesn't last long, but does the job comfortably for around 30m2
  • Bag fills quick, probably 10m2 at a time?

  Overall, it's a good povo purchase. But if you have more, do the right thing and spend more to avoid Ozito.
