Not bad op, but I usually grab these as a 2 pack from Amazon instead.

    2 Pack Magnesium Glycinate 500mg, 240 Capsules Each @ $70.92

1 capsule provides the 500mg dose. Says supplies 90mg of magnesium not sure if it's the same with other magnesium supps though.

480 tabs for just over 70 bucks.

Listing says 180 but 240 capusles is pictured and that is what has been provided on my last couple of orders.

Taking them for a while now pretty good.

oh did not know of that, will definitely take note!

      • All good its hard to find decent magnesium glycinate supps that don't cost a bomb.

Had to work out what was meant by supplies 90mg of magnesium.

With Magnesium glycinate only a percentage of it is magnesium, the rest is glycine which can also help you sleep better.

That makes sense now hence why it says how much magnesium it supplies and this would be the same for all magnesium glycinate supps.

Delivery has been usually pretty quick too (has been quicker than iherb in the past for me)

        • All good its hard to find decent magnesium glycinate supps that don't cost a bomb.

          tell me about it.
It having glycine is the best thing about it, I instantly feel its calming effects when im over stressed and pop a couple like xannies ha and no problems with loose stools either unless u take a ton load.

        • Is magnesium glycinate the best one?

          • @ryzie: Glycinate helps with sleep. L-threonate crosses the blood brain barrier easier so it’s better for cognitive function. Not sure what the others are for but they’re cheaper and found in most magnesium supps in the supermarket.

I spent $150 on pure l-threonate and haven’t noticed anything tbh. Taking it for over a month before bed with l-theanine for better sleep.

Definitely going with glycinate next order.

Its seems mag glycinate is roughly 14% elemental magnesium

The KAL brand shows the actual elemental amount of 315mg as opposed to the total

This Naturebell is quoting total 500mg and somehow 18% elemental of 90mg
Assuming this is correct, to get the same dose of the KAL brand youd need 3.5 capsules(Likely more)

Most mag glycinates on iherb quote 10% elemental e.g. NOW brand

Id stick to the popular brands on iherb

      • KAL brand has serving size of 3x tablets to get that 315mg. So not much difference.

          810/3 = 270 * 315mg = 85,050mg total

          480 * 90 =  43,200mg total - likely less and naturebell are inflating their 90mg/500mg number

I recommend looking into MgOH.. better absorption and cheaper in the long run ;)
