I can confirm this as well. Keeping in mind that Starlink is the best thing for users in a Regional Area. Anyone in a suburban area who can get reasonable NBN (FTTN etc) is going to be better on the NBN over Starlink.
Starlink is for those on NBN Satellite which is terrible.
