          • @Koipanda: Try using a different email address, it worked for me.

      • 2nd try in same chrome profile worked for me. No incognito needed.

    • incognito mode fixed this problem for me

      • Ok will try. Did you also use the exact details?

        • no

          • @Grannular: Didn’t work for me using incognito. :( What details did you change? Did you also sign in using your Boost/Telstra ID?

  • Hi TA - from this morning's deal one of my cashback did not track - is this related to the website outage?

  • +2

I'm officially part of ALL TIME HIGH HISTORY!!!

    Thanks TA!

    • -1

      You’re inhaling deeply

  • +1

Thanks bought another, will be rich in 3 months time.

    • The wait is killing me! Really looking forward to my Tesla

  • Will buy one more, won't churn my main number

    • Get a few more… instead of apples for the teaching staff

      • +1

I'm broke until I get paid tomorrow 😞

  • +4

Just worked here and wow, tracked in seconds

To beat 'something went wrong' issue, you need to use the same details as your Telstra/Boost Id every time
I have tried using different emails to separate my orders and I immediately hit 'something went wrong'.
They seem to be trying to shepherd people into having one, single Telstra ID profile per person, unlike many other prepaid where you can use whatever email and phone number so long as your id is valid.

    • Cheers, let me try that.

    • Thank you!! I have been trying to buy for a couple of days without success, and now this method just works for me. Hope this will solve the issue with some others too.

    • To beat 'something went wrong' issue, you need to use the same details as your Telstra/Boost Id every time

Nah still couldn't get around it, tried pretty much everything.

      • That is before you get yourself flagged for repeated attempts. Next time try with your Telstra ID, see how you go
Telstra/Boost are ridiculously oversensitive with this

  • @tightarse, are you considering increased cashback including boost BOOST260 code

  • +3

All these tracked instantly comments are making me nervous since mine hasn't tracked and it's been 5 whole minutes.

    • Sometimes it takes longer, don't stress.

      • +1

This comment was meant to be tongue-in-cheek (but also just a little bit serious)

        • Mine's from this noon is still not tracked, so don't worry!

  • +3

Thanks noarse, bought more Boost SIMs

  • SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG

    3 attempts

    different emails

    different credit cards

    fail

    • Everyone knows about it but mods can't do anything. Boost managed to get away from terms like "new customers" or "targeted" for years while other deals can't.

  • Whoa instantly tracked.

  • +1

Only got to buy one and started giving me the Something Went Wrong error! Disappointing. :(

    • Try different browser and refresh ip but usual Telstra/Boost ID details
When people get flagged and then change credit cards and emails that just reinforces the flagging.
Telstra/Boost has ridiculously low threshold to flag people.

      • Did you sign in using your boost id when you bought?

  • No bueno
    Oops something went wrong…..

    • Welcome to the Permaban Club 8)

      • I think they flag the address, managed to order one by typing it manually and changing it a bit.

        • Still no luck for me slightly modifying my address

          • @muchodinero: Weird I managed to order two now, by changing Boulevard to Blvd or Bvd….

          • @muchodinero: I feel there are definitely different levels to the 'fraud detection'.

            • @wavesgreen: Yeh maybe try different name, dob, email. I have no idea how it works but I kept getting that error for the longest time but changing the address slightly has worked for me…

              • @umoddbro: I even mispelled Streeet still failed

              • +1

@umoddbro: Mean more you can do little tweaks in the tentative stages to get around it but I feel when you get actually flagged you are out of luck.

  • +1

    Might be a silly question.
Do we need to activate SIM card with same name/info when placing order?

    • +2

      No.

      • +1

        Thanks mate

  • Ah… Only 23 cents.

If only it had been a 24 cent increase, then I would have jumped on it.

    • I admire your resolve. Weaker OzBargainers would be bragging to their friends by now

  • +2

CashRewards Boost offer always insta-tracked here.
    Thanks nocure + TA

  • Absolute legend ta TA!

  • Hmm mine hasn’t tracked as yet 20+ mins later. Concerning

    • +3

      Oh well… 21 out of 22 ain’t bad

    • +1

Or could always cancel that one that didn't track and purchase another through the app to keep all your 22

  • +1

Could I buy a few of these, I don't care about the phone number change month to months. Just want the data. And caahback

    • +1

Yes you can. But need to activate them before 28 days to receive cashback.

      • 30 days from date of purchase

  • Yes CR offers track instantly. SB keep waiting.

  • im doing it!

  • +1

    enoughhhh haiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

  • Tracked in few second after the order is proceeded.

  • +1

If I purchased the deal from earlier today, would purchasing it again be valid for cashback?

    • +4

Yes, I've retired thanks to Boost sim deals with profit. Living the dream.

      • +4

I gave up my part-time job to activate Boost Mobile SIMs full time

  • Any way to fix something went wrong? Tried different devices and details

    • I tried different suggestions like incognito, and retyping address but still flagged as possible fraud. Probably need to wait for some expired services to be removed then try later.

      • Call them and ask for them to be removed otherwise they will sit there for a good 90+ days.

        • Some are expired from months ago so I will ask them to remove or they will change to not provisioned anyway, eventually

  • Is anyone using up their 65GB of data over the 4 weeks using a hotspot, or are you mainly doing it for the $6.23 profit

    • +1

Profit and the number for sign up deals/free trials, couldn't care less about the data….

    • I do use the data, as no wifi in my place. Very happy about those deals !
