Doesn't seem to have any measurable effect on sex drive, but possibly has helped me maintain a driver to exercise regularly.
For context, a friend who got absolutely shredded in his late 30s recommended it. He told me it made him look at women in ways he hadn't done so since his 20s, so might be more beneficial for those whose levels are naturally declining.

Genuinely not me - friend disclosed to me about a year after the tongkat Ali revelation that he was starting on a few extra things. No reason to believe he was juicing all along, as he got considerably bigger (but similar leanness) after the cycle.
My fitness fluctuates, and during periods where I work 60 hr weeks, regardless of tongkat, I gain about 5kg. It does come off faster than it used to, though I don't know if that's just better training or the TKA kicking in, or both.
A hardman is good to find.
