      Note - when re-downloading using the same browser and then reinstalling, still had the same issue.
      I had to use a different browser to re-download and reinstall and then it did work. Might be a caching issue if anyone else has the same problem again.

  when you enter the promotion code, it gives out the activation code. ** you have to download from the link above the activation code which is a promotion version. Then when you open, it asks you to buy, where you can click on buy and close the web browser and you will have a window box where you can input your activation code.

    It does not ask me to buy - there IS an upgrade button hyperlink which does nothing.

    Same issue as all the others above - it does not work.
