Help: Choosing Between Brother MFC-L2750DW vs L2880DW for Duplex Printing/Scanning

Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a dilemma about which Brother printer to buy. I had my mind set on the MFC-L2750DW, but then I stumbled upon the L2880DW, priced at $269 at Centrecom. I'm based in Melbourne and my main need is for duplex (double-sided) printing and scanning in black and white. No need for fax functions.

Can anyone share their experiences or advice on which model would be better for these specific requirements?

    MFC-L2750DW has single pass double sided scan.

    Check if one can use generic toner, if that’s something you want.

    A few differences I can see:

    • L2880DW supports both 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi ( L2750DW is 2.4 only)
    • L2880DW supports scanning direct to email, without the need of a PC
    • bit bigger touchscreen for L2880DW
