Just received my size 11US today.
I am normally a 11.5US running shoes but these CAT boots are massive. I'm gonna have to send them back for a US10.
I had that issue with my last CAT boots, had to send back a US13 and get my only pair of 12s.
Is the return shipping reply paid?I'll have to look into it. They don't do exchanges, only returns. I suspect I'll be paying for an Australia Post bag but they will hopefully cover the return shipping label.
Just had a look at my old order …. return shipping was indeed free, but i paid twice for delivery at the time (the original order and the replacement order).
Just pulled the trigger along with some jeans to get free shipping.@liam2040: CAT charged me $10 for a return post label! No CAT store in my state (SA) so no in-store return option.
I went on live chat to try and see if they would waive the charge as their sizing is grossly incorrect but no luck.
Same! I am often a 9-9.5us so I thought I'd get the 9 and 10 to be safe. The 9 is okish, but workbooks always stretch so they really need to be right from day1. Both going back… Unsure if I will bother trying to get the smaller size
