It's 'Field Watch Friday' at Starbuy. The 96A259 is the VWI edition that supports returned veterans to train as watchmakers, and it comes with a nylon strap and special glass insert on the caseback with the VWI logo. The other two are a more traditional reissue of their WWII-era field watches that were made for American troops, with the 96A282 sporting a nylon NATO strap and the 98A255 a leather NATO, and both having solid S/S engraved casebacks.
Apart from that all three of these Bulova pieces are built to the same specs:
- Automatic Miyota 8S20-43A movement
- Stainless Steel
- 38mm x 13.44mm
- Mineral glass
- 30m water resistance
damn it the 96A282 is really tempting, if only it has a black dial like the original I would've bought it in a heartbeat.
