Canned ham, does it really taste good enough for salads, sandwiches or Christmas Dinner?

I remember having sandwiches of this in year 7 on a kayaking expedition, I was rather less than impressed with my teacher. That was a very long time ago so let my memory of it be a warning to the curious.

Can't speak to the ham as I haven't had it….. yet…… but their hot dogs are absolutely disgusting.. I went in with low expectations and was still disappointed.

Aren 't all their products just the same meat in different shapes?
i.e. meatballs, cocktail frankfurts, hot dog frankfurts, ham. All the same taste/texture just a different mould.

Honestly probably exactly the same ingredients just in different ratios.

I bought a few cans of this during COVID doomsday prepping. Meat flavoured, pink jelly. Truly disgusting.

While the great unwashed masses were dueling over toiletpaper I was hoarding clearance 'premium' tinned soup at 5c a pop!

How long has this been $14 a tin/can?

  • Mmmmmm bowl cancer in a can, even better, half price bowl cancer
