The Ancient Gods Part One and Part Two Campaigns come with the Deluxe edition, which is both DLCs. These campaigns continue the story of the main game, and while TAG2 is considered to have a rushed ending, overall it is highly recommended to go with Deluxe. It's such a 10/10 FPS anyway, but at the price i would 100% go for the Deluxe edition. Source: I played this game religiously in the past few years.
so the deluxe edition has original game and both DLCs? that's a no brainer for $22
Thanks OP, bought.
Not many FPS games keep me playing it after I've finished it once (aside from Multiplayer with friends) - Doom Eternal had me hooked for a solid 6 months. Re-playing, getting all the items, replaying in Nightmare, (not Ultra Nightmare, I'm not a masochist (or I'm just not that good hehe))
Def worth getting the deluxe! It's a shame Mick Gordons didn't get to do the DLC music, (whatever controversy aside), as it's definitely a huge draw card for me/I still listen to the main games music years later!
Absolutely loved this game just as much as Doom 2016 until I got to where triple jumps were needed to progress. Could do the doubles but not the triples so gave it up. Realised then I was too old for gaming and stopped that is until I found Halo: MCC
Obligatory "free on gamepass for standard edition" https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/doom-eternal#:~:text=Includ…
Going to ask the obvious for those who haven't played it and are looking at it from a price perspective. Is it worth it to get the Deluxe over the standard edition?
