Click on the $20 coupon to bring it down to $179. Seems to be a good price for a windows 11 mini pc. Would probably be good for light browsing or some old school retro emulation.

It's not enough.
Plex transcoding should work well with Intel quick sync.
Intel Quick Sync Video list of what can be enabled in Jellyfin Admin —> Playback —> Transcoding
anything with those codecs in the Alder Lake column should work well this transcoding review should answer your question much more throughlyif you run a slim os (debian, etc..), and use quicksync inside jellyfin it should be alright for a few users. I would say it wont hold up in gaming though
Would this be good enough to connect to a 4K TV for video streaming? Thinking to get one for the grandparents
Yup.
Fire Stick or Google TV are a much better solution than a PC, especially for the olds.
if you need VGA port along with 2 HDMI then
KAMRUI Same Price & same dealSeems like a pretty good deal. Will have to sleep on it, but probably be sold out in the morning!
Have anyone tried this on any emulators? Thanks
Many thanks - got one for my kid.
Install a further 500GB SDD and be use for running his Emulations.
Christmas sorted!
Does this have 2 DIMM slots, or support anything >8GB memory?
This doesn’t seem like a great value, considering this deal (double RAM and SSD) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/807667 was $115 not long ago.
How do I know whether this is powerful enough for JellyFin/Plex server and medium gaming like Genshin?
