    What laptops do you need to charge? Some require 45w, some 60w and some 100w.

      It is more about the voltage, as USB-PD allows them to negotiate the current.

      My laptop came with a 65W charger, but works with a 30W one, just slower.
      But it does need 20V. Some laptops may need 15V. Many powerbanks only do 12V.
