I've used the lasagne roller for years and it works well, especially freeing up both hands for you to handle the pasta. However, it annoys me that each of the cutters costs the same price as the roller, and you have to remove the whole attachment and swap it to cut the pasta. I've often thought just to buy a cheapo manual pasta machine as you get a full set of cutters for less than the Kenwood cost of just one and can use a separate machine for cutting, and cutting doesn't take much cranking.
In the meantime I just cut it with a knife 🤷
