Westpac deals stack, and you can do it for as many transactions as you like unless the T&C's specifically limit number of transactions / cashback per user.
"Reward capped at $20 per purchase" = do it as many times as you like. Just be sure to "reset" (clear cart, log out, close browser) in between transactions to ensure it tracks.
