I am still waiting for the credit on my Amex card that I’ve used to buy a $200 eGiftcard and the offer is gone from my ‘Saved to Card’ tab. I am not sure if it is because by buying a $200 eGiftcard means I used up the offer therefore the offer will disappear from the Amex account.
I bought 1 x $50 DJ eGiftcard with an Amex card that I used for 2 x Myer online orders. I received the Amex confirmation for the Myer orders but not for the DJ gift card order.
I used another Amex card the same day to buy 1 x $200 DJ eGiftcard and I got the Amex confirmation email.
However, I have yet to receive the credits for any of the transactions. I have a feeling that they may do a batch processing later on possibly after the offer ends.
Bought a $100 coles group & myer gift card at myer. Did x2 $50 split transaction. Can confirm I received 2 separate confirmation emails. Didn't want to push it splitting $200 x4 or risk doing only 1 transaction.

The OP is so ambiguous and confusing. The offer is open now for online and instore. Not just on the dates of the events. Got mine in Mel CBD.

I'm not that keen on doing 4 x $50 transactions at DJs - would like some other options.
Otherwise I need to trek into the city Myer to get Coles Myer GC cards (kinda hassle)
I used mine on Coles Group and Myer gift cards at Myer Melbourne CBD at lunch time.
For those still to buy - there was only about 10 cards left in the stand at gifting area on level 3. Not sure how many on the various checkouts around the store. Lots of Myer gift cards tho.

@tidie: I made a purchase at Myer Melbourne City around 6pm & no confirmation email as well. However, in the morning I made a purchase online at Loccitane & there was an email confirmation. I think it's a bit of a hit & miss from Amex for the email notifications. From previous experience, despite no emails, usually the credits appear after 2-3 days or so.
I made 3 purchases at Sydney Myers at 9.40am this morning. I only received 2 emails confirmation at 12.30pm.
Yes, i was using another Amex card.
Bought at Myer Sydney and the emails came 24 hours later.

i bought a $200 gift card but asked the guy to split it into 4 payments. Did this with 3 amex cards and all cards have received credit

Just confirming this? You bought $200 with THIS YEAR'S offer WITHOUT splitting and got $40 back? This offer is different to previous years offers and seems to limit the cashback to just one $10 per transaction.
Or possibly you did 3 other transactions on the card at an eligible location that were under the $50 threshold and then a final $200 transaction thus fulfilling the "$10 back PER Transaction" criteria?

Myer is not online only. So it will work when buying at CBD Myer.

No. It won't work when buying online because of the reason you mentioned that you'll be redirected.
