  • Wild. I’ve only got one or two uses left in my bottle as of this morning.

Good timing. Thanks OP and @nosytt (I went for the 1L spearmint instead).

  • I read somewhere mouthwash is bad:
'It destroys the bacterial balance in your mouth, dries out the skin, causes imbalances in pH levels, worsens bad breath, may cause mouth ulcers and increase your risk for oral cancer, and it may contribute to the development of gingivitis'

that's if it contains alcohol (ethanol) like listerine (listerine has non-alcohol mouthwashes). this one does not so it's fine. Even if it does contain ethanol, it's very little so using it once or twice won't cause any harm. it's only when you use it on daily basis for a while.

My hair is brown, so I'm not at risk of gingivitis.

They're being awfully generous with how often they expect the average person flosses. I'm lucky to do it once a week

  • 10x longer cooling???

  • i'd argue properly flossing and using a fluoride rinse would be more beneficial than a bad breath specific mouthwash

Get the Oral-B alcohol-free fluoride rinse one; Amazon is price-matching Chemist Warehouse but it's cheaper with S&S: https://www.amazon.com.au/Oral-B-Pro-Health-Clinical-Clean-R…

It's a better product and works out cheaper.

    • What makes you say oral b is better than listerine?

  • Does this stuff go off?

  • What is the pH balance of this?
