The issue with this one is this has a seat but no pedals - it likely isn't legal in the whole of Australia to be used as a "scooter".
does the law say it has to be 'pedal powered' or it has to 'have pedals'
because you could bolt on some pedals i guess to satisfy the law
yeah the warning is the fines for riding this could be more than the bike itself!
Can't have a throttle really, needs to be "assist only" ie. Motor turns on when pedal moves

Forget it. There is a reason why these are cheap and its because you can't increase the speed. I learned that the hard way with the Daxyz Bandicoot scooter. Also good luck with any decent support or warranty if anything goes wrong.
Pcmarket has been good with any issues I had with my bicycle and would recommend them. I bought through their ebay store

i like that it has intimate suspension
Even more intimate when you take the seat off
Warning, taking the seat off is a pain in the arse
especially if its stuck up your arse!
No brand battery cells, stay away from these things.
