@ldstr: That is the max cashback.

I'd like to know what these sell for…

@jv: Mine was $18 personally. Depends how exxy your venue of choice is but $21 should cover it

                @david90:

                Mine was $18 personally.

Is that for 1 glass or a bottle? 😲

                • @jv: 1 glass :)

@jv: might need to put the phone down and get out more. Normal prices these days.

you deserve it after entertaining all of us

Is it normal for pubs/bars to provide an itemised receipt? I don't go to them much but don't recall ever being given a receipt in the past

    • +1

I had to ask for a receipt, a little embarrassing but hey it’s a free drink

      • By law they'll provide you with the receipt

      • +5

There’s no shame in asking for a receipt mate. It could be for many reasons such as company expenses etc.

  • +6

I wish they just give us $21 to buy a bottle instead, much easier and better value for money.

    • That or a refund on purchase of pre-mixes like a normal company would

Promoter's offers are in the best interest of those paying for the promotion (not us). Campaigns are usually well designed to meet those interests.
They also have to comply with licencing laws.

Brands want to increase their profits & brand recognition. Which means more people asking for their product at bars & restaurants - even where it's not already sold.

That increased demand at pricier & more venues is likely more profitable long term than bottle shop sales.

So, increasing demand for their product in bars (hopefully beyond this promotion) is obviously what they want.

They want us to be seen trying their drink (or 2) out in a bar or restaurant, rather than hidden at home.
That way, we are used as part of their promotion.

  • Myy App : one of the reviews is paranoid re: Myy never deleting their account even though they promise to. Stealing data etc. I'm not cool with that

    • i deleted myy app, but still get the notifications from them/promo. why is that possible? Can't find the app in google play and apps setting anymore.
How to clean properly? Tried ccleaner etc no success.

If you have spare boost sim & spare emails, you can get multiple cashbacks.

  • between 1/09/23 and 31/11/23.

    31 November rules!

  • Adding cashback card to Google wallet doesn't work for me. Get no verification texts or emails…
