          It's a hightech mop, I don't see a gap in the functionality. It does well what it's made to do.

    I recently bought the non-pro version and can't recommend it enough. Works like a charm on hard wood and tiled floor.

      I'll second this. My wife wanted one and I was skeptical, but it's a pretty slick unit. I also bought the non-pro version and it works really well. I'm pretty happy with it.

      The auto clean works quite well, but if your floor gets dirty easily (eg. pets and young kids) I'd recommend maybe washing the rollers by hand yourself every second use or so.

          Not that I've noticed. In winter when the house had more moisture in the air I had the rollers off to dry separately whenever I gave them a quick hand wash / rinse, as I was also concerned about this. So I don't know if that's overkill or if it's prevented it?

          If you don't need the 'scrubbing' action the rollers give on this, I would think a steam mop could be fine. The rollers on this lifted dirt I couldn't really see, when I thought was floor was clean.

    How effective would this be for vacuuming loose hair? Is it going to get all stuck in the motor head as well? Cause that's what's happening for my Dyson atm

      I'm forever cleaning / cutting hair out of the rollers of my ordinary vacuum thanks to wife and daughter, but it's rarely been an issue with this yet. Maybe the water going down means it gets picked up differently on the roller? I don't know, but yeah. 3 months I've had it for and I've not had any hair build up yet

      No matter what the price or specs, I highly recommended DO NOT touch Dreame.
      I had a H11 year before and their battery died easily after or around 3 months. I had mine replaced once but the second one also has battery failure after 3 months. Saying it was a consequence or what, my friend bought it together with us also has the same issues. So in total we have 4 H11 broken within 6 months in 2 families.
      We are wondering how many machine has been sent back after reading the product reviews with same battery issue. $399.9 you may get a “refreshed” one from those returned machines but that’s my concern and my guess. Take it as a reference only.

    Difference I could see was separate compartment for adding cleaning liquid and slightly smaller tank. Anything else that I am missing?

      That’s the non-pro version that doesn’t have a mop head drying feature - it had bad reviews such as screws started to rust and the mop going mouldy?

          Apparently you need the pro for the drying function as I’ve seen photos of mould all inside unit and house smelling mouldy after use. Do what others say and take rollers out every time and air dry or get the pro

        After every use I take out roller to let it dry and also clean debris around manually. Not sure anyone else does it as lot of debris stuck there even with auto cleaning.

      I've got the older version and it's been working well, bought on sale in a previous deal ($240) LINK. Having said that, there are lots of reviews on the web or even here on OzB that have reported similar issues with the older unit.

      Fresh water container not detecting water in it, rust, failed units. Some pretty sketchy things, but I rolled the dice anyway and so far it's paid off.

    Do these things get right up into a skirting edge? Tried similar in the past and was breaking out the mop anyway because the thing couldn't get the last strip! That's where all the mess congregates 😄

      The roller goes right up to the edge on either side of the head. So, it'll press right up against skirting with zero gap.

      Have a look at the picture, you can see it's flush with the side.
