shipping is $9.85 for some areas, why should it be $131 in the title? $119 + shipping is fine.
USB 2.0 is fine for simple and cheap backup - get over yourself.

lol can't wait the extra 1-3 minutes when transferring a movie over… people should only really be concerned if they are using internal hard drives the real world speed difference between usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 is about twice the speed, three times the speed to be generous.
That 'halving of time' is what typically justifies the ~30 extra people pay for this benefit; although for the case I mentioned, the ~>$5 extra to count 360GBph-a benefit, it would warrant no hesitation.
