    How much and where?

I have the 36V model listed. It works quite well, but with two decent sized batteries, it is pretty heavy.

  • More expensive than the 650mm yet sits below it in the range? Is pricing correct?

    • 650mm does not appear to include batteries. This appears to include battery @ 18V 4A and charger. Though hard to confirm as I can't find product page.

      • Cool, makes sense I guess

      • Correct. This one comes with battery and charger as noted.

  • 36V is definitely better. The 18V isn't too bad for the odd tidy up job of hedges, but I much prefer the 36V one.

  • Still can’t decide between this or the 36V.

    36v definitely for this job

  • Ive just upgraded to another brand from the 36v because it struggles with pitosporum branches that are any thicker than my little finger. Says it does 18mm diameter, but yeah nah. Not in my experience. I also have the 18v pole job and both do a decent job with the much thinner branches and leaves. Just dont let em get overgrown like i did i guess. I also reckon The 36v is also pretty noisy for a battery tool if that matters. But then again i havent compared to other brands… yet.

    • I also reckon The 36v is also pretty noisy for a battery tool if that matters

Probably better than a petrol trimmer that would be just as loud.

      • Well yeah, probably. But noticeably very noisy compared to battery line trimmer and mower. Just the nature of hedge trimmers i guess.

      Try EGO, I suggest.
The POWER+ 65CM BRUSHLESS HEDGE TRIMMER cut branches easily up to 33mm.

      • Yeah ive been considering Ego for a while. Have gone with the 2.5ah 61cm version for $319 so fingers crossed thats enough. They reckon 26mm for that one iirc. Just dealing with crap customer service at Total Tools as we speak. :(

  • with Hedgeraker

Hedgeraker was a pretty underrated Bond movie.

  • What's the normal price?

    • +1

New release, so this is the normal price

      • Ohh, I see. Thanks!

  • Is the hedgeraker any good?
