It appears reading is hard for a lot of people these days. To make it easier for the OP, look for the "What transactions don’t earn Points?" section. It even clearly lists ATO as a no.

They closed this loophole a while ago.
Businesses would underpay tax by ($100's of thousands), knowing they'll cop a large tax bill at the end of it.
Then put it all on a credit card and make bulk points it was a huge loophole that was exploited for years.
