      I just received an email notification that my purchase was tracked, but the cashback amount is pending at $0.45.

    Never tracked for me (new customer, followed all the instructions on 30th September). This was a fail and breach of sale terms as far as I'm concerned. Lodged a claim but it says this process could "take several months" to resolve, if it even gets resolved at all. What a joke, but looks like the joke's on me. Never again. Would neg if I still could.

          I sent a DM too. The reply was essentially Oh you've already put in a missing claim, after 7 days we'll follow up with Amazon'

          The rep doesn't actually manually fix anything like CR does. These messages 'send us a DM and we'll look into it' are just to placate us without actually doing anything.

  • Unless there are drastic improvements, I don't intend to use TopCashBack ever again, especially if it takes more than a week for transactions to track, and up to several months for missing cashback claims to be addressed which is pretty appalling.

    For now I'll be sticking with Cash Rewards and Shopback.
