Location spoofing, not really fraud. However a 711 attendant said he'd heard it mentioned that there was a lot of focus on blocking accounts in Melbourne involved in location spoofing. He also said there was consideration for legal action against those with records proving spoofing, to charge them with fraud. This is so unlikely it would certainly not happen, and moreover a fake name was probably used on most accounts. While it is getting more difficult to spoof location, you may need to consider software versions and compatibility on this older iPhone for the purpose of fuel locks.
