      Good question. Last time I ordered online it took nearly 3 weeks to be ready to collect from our local Harvey Norman store!! I asked why & they said online photos goes to a different franchise & then gets sent through to them! Amazing for the low value of the prints I was doing - I could have walked in store & printed while I wait.

      " is short for inch. Naughty of them to use imperial units though. 8x10cm would be even smaller than the usual 10x15cm size so nobody would pay $1 when that goes for under 10c.

    BigW enlargements are far superior to HN. When both were doing cheap enlargements recently I had the same pics done at both, to do a comparison. On colour difference alone, I'd go with BigW every time. HN colours were very flat.
