Hi team, looking at buying a property in Melbourne inner city and want to get a pest inspection done - any companies you can recommend?

Currently looking at https://www.buildingandpestinspectionmelbourne.com.au/ but worried the reviews might be fake.

    I notice Adams Pest Control vehicles all around the suburbs, but I've never used them myself.

      those guy primarily service commercial & industrial, try Dawson or rentokil

    Be highly suspicious of any company with hundreds of 5 star reviews, a couple of 4 stars and nothing less. Their real talent is in managing reviews and sales.
