[PC, Steam] Dragon Age: Inquisition - GOTY Edition, Origins - Ultimate Edition or II: Ultimate Edition A$5.99 Each @ Steam

730

Was gonna cut and paste a bit of stuff from the steam pages but was just a wall of text…

Can get them individually which is nice, I only needed DA2 and my collection was complete but I might buy Inquisition again because I installed it once but I want a copy in mint condition.

These are on EA Play which is also included in Game Pass Ultimate. Mine expires in a year and a bit but I feel I'll want to not finish any of these for years to come.

  • Which ones are the best to play?

      The original: Origins

Agree that Origins is the best.

It's weird that all 3 of them play so differently like they are different genres.

Although the other 2 games are good in their own way, they are just not as good.

Don't know why they didn't stick to the formula that made Origins great.

    • They are all well regarded but Inquisition is much newer. I've never really played Inquisition and playing DA1 and 2 on PS3 was a looongg time ago but i hear it is much different, maybe the Skyrm effect…

Origin was my favourite, but 3 had its charms and sucked me in for 30+ hours, never finished it though

    • origins is technically the best but pretty dated, inquisition is very good but quite bloated, depends how u handle open world game bloat, DLC is amazing and story based though.

  • Great. I bought inquisition but will add the other 2as well

Check that you didn't get this game free on Amazon Prime. I believe it was through Origin.

Highly recommend DA: Inquisition if you're currently addicted to Baldur's Gate 3! A steal at this price.

theyre on game pass if any other people are stacked up on three years there haha

not going to lie got bored half way through never finished

getting out of the hinterlands simply took it all out of me it was like fighting the final boss

    • +2

I couldn't last more than 15 hours. So boring.

all great games, 1st was iconic.
make sure to romance isabella in the 2nd.

    • what you you finished the second one I couldn’t finish that one either

      • second one was so-so i went through it just once… first one i finished it 3 times i believe.

        • +1

I think I got up close to the final boss, realised my build sucked and the game was unfinished they kept using the same graphics over and over

first one was great played it to death

To be able to play Origins for the 1st time again..

  • +1

I played this for so many hours it was ridiculously addictive.

Finished it and really liked it. The graphics at max settings still look incredible, the story was great and there was a lot of choices of how to play the game too.

    Should go back and replay…

I saw inquisition get a lot of hate so put it off for years. Finally decided to just play it and have had a blast I'm about 80 hours in and enjoying it a lot. Different gameplay and refreshing, crafting is good.

  • tempted to buy the ones i don't have on steam purely for Steam Deck usage, lol…

Real talk, all 3 games are really good but Dragon Age: Origins is the absolute best of them. Anyone who hasn't played them and who likes RPG's should most def give all 3 a go, hands down.

Barely remember DA1. Thought it was overhyped

  • +1

From what I remember, for number 3, get out of the hinterlands as fast as possible and don't waste your time grinding to collect everything. The game will be too easy if you do, and the secrets arent really that interesting. Focus on doing all the main + companion quests.

    Enchantments? Enchantments!

  • I want a copy in mint condition.

Is this not a steam game? Ie software? Ie digital goods? Or am I missing something

    • it was just a joke, sorry. It is simply on sale in the steam store.

      • Haha fair enough. With both steam and humble bundle sales over the years I've got plenty of games in mint condition too ;)

  • The UI seems similar to Witcher/Horizon?

    Thanks

  • Aren’t they like 30gb or something like wow? Need a lot of space.
