Found this code by accident — I thought there might be an AFL code, as BWS is an official sponsor, so I tried combining it with a few numbers and this one seems to be work if your cart is more than $80.

I received an email saying thank you for contacting BWS, your order has now been cancelled.
Maybe it's up to the individual store manager.
Instead of actually refunding the $10 to my credit card, because I paid using a coupon they've refunded me $10 credit?

I need to call them and file a complaint, I hate when they refund with a credit.

Minimum payment should be $60 as per the terms. I think it’s a bit unfair to call this 25% off promo a joke, because they appear to have cancelled an order which didn’t comply with the terms.
I don't actually care that they canceled the order, what I care about is that I paid with a credit card and they've refunded me with a credit code.
I'm not like all these other blokes that rocked up at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday to pick up their orders before it could get cancelled! I don't care that much, what annoys me is the fact that they're not refunding my credit card and they send me a $10 credit code which is BS.

Sounds like some of the 9am brigade got lucky and some missed out. Them’s the breaks. Having to bank a ten dollar credit for liquor isn’t the worst fate in the world.

@UncleRico: I am not fussed about the order, I only did 1 single order. Some people on here did 5-10 orders. I wouldn't say I abused the code, like many others here! Those staff somehow allowed those people to collect all those orders. I had a single order LOL
Either way, I paid by CREDIT CARD. Refund must be done to original payment system. I will call, and file a complaint. What will say do? I spent 5k in 12 months at BWS, do you think they'd suspend my account? I doubt it LOL
It simply looks like I got the biggest POS manager out of any BWS in the country, no one else has mentioned having their orders cancelled and people did what I did. I'm okay with it, but I want my refund…i dont want a gift card.
Managed to pick up 6 orders together with a mate last night.
Staff kept reading out different names for the orders lol.

All my orders were honoured in the end, although I made sure to be there at open at 9am. The girl was looking at me suspiciously, but couldnt do squat as it was paid in full and ordered to collect. In the end I got a case of 24x bundy rum and coke, 150 lashes, and heiniken, for a grand total of $135. Pretty good considering a case of bundy full price is $105 these days. Basically $15 for each slab of beer! OP is a saint!

BWS service is the best. I picked up my order this morning. The store gave me a good carry bag and a mentos for the wines I brought. Very happy customer. If it is a mistake, they handle it very well.

Did a nice round trip to 4 BWS picking up all the beer. Discovered one of the stores was clearing cases of Sol for $30. Certainly not the best beer but for that cheap…

Managed to get all of these for around $75. Pleasantly surprise my local had grandburge holy trinity for $23 still and managed to get em at $3 a pop. Thanks op but the liver will not thank me tho
My 2x $0 orders never appeared on the local store's system but I picked up 3x <$10 orders. I guess the two free ones got cancelled but I still haven't been notified of it.
