  Just received this. 1st plug in trying to charge and it seems to be stuck in a boot loop. Not charging at all. Hard reset holding power and volume up does not fix the issue either. Using the supplied charger and cable. Sad times.

      Factory Direct are run by Alibaba themselves so they're usually quite good. Disappointing you got a dud though.
