FWIW i am a Skye customer for over 5 years now and have bought thousands of dollars worth of wine from them, all have been great and exceptional value for the quality received. Customer service has always been on point too.
They/their reps clearly didn't laugh at you, review the wording and perhaps come back and remove your inappropriate negative vote, just an idea, as it is not warranted.
