  17 days since i submitted enquiry for missed tracking - transaction appears in shopback's click history but not tracked - no reply from shopback - no reply from gotyourback - the bws/shopback combo is not reliable - your mileage may vary

  1 out of 3 tracked properly in last promo with shopback. The support automatically fixed it from calculating to correct amounts.

    I made three purchases in last week's better BWS deal. They all tracked fine THIS TIME. But as with many others commenting there are too many fails and errors and I have shared in them. With BWS pricing not so wonderful, and the risk of having to chase Shopback or worse, I want more than 20% to justify the potential pain. If I was running low, then maybe ….

      100% agree with the more than 20% Cashback as we all like higher rates.

      I honestly haven't had much hassle with bws tracking issues being sorted by shopback support/the rep. But I get that others have so may not be so worth it for them.

      Fwiw I held off buying this time cos 20% and no westpac bonus

  Booze is worth around the same (excluding taxes) but our dollars don't go as far now as hundreds of billions were created by bank bailouts during the scamdemic.

  Got my tracking rejected from shopback. Because I had the issue many others were getting of infinitely loading wheel after placing the order. Have had many many other orders with no issue until bws recently have this issue on their site.
  @gotyourback is there anything you can do?

    I lodged a claim last week, no response from Shopback. Will use Cashrewards for my BWS orders going forward.

  .. mine never tracked either - and up to a 3 month wait for any resolution. I imagine the problem was on the BWS end rather than the shopback end - but either way, kind of sucks.

  "We've received your order details and it is being validated by BWS (Missing Cashback, 12-09-2023, AUD109.00). You can expect confirmation by 09 Jan 2024 when our partner store ensures that the order is attributed to ShopBack, and has fulfilled all terms and conditions applicable to the store. Cashback for any order that has been cancelled, returned, refunded, exchanged, deemed fraudulent or otherwise ineligible as per the store's terms and conditions will be adjusted or voided."

    Yeah same, but the thing that annoys me here is the lack of response and non-communication on SB's part.
