      Duped 🤦‍♂️
Why the hell is their website 2k..

    • It's possible it is a sale price as they claim the below in your link:

Sleep republic / sleeping duck / Ecosa / Emma?
Any recs, I am after firm firm mattress

    • +1

Chinese furniture shops will sometimes have a super firm one, and as an added benefit they last practically forever. And you can always add softer layers on top if you want it softer later down the line.

Can’t comment on the Emma mattress itself. but we have a sleeping Duck and it is outstanding. Both the product and the service Also when we researched ours it was clear the price of the Emma was smoke and mirrors. They are always about $1,000 that rrp is a farce
Mattresses are a very personal choice but 10 out of 10 for sleeping duck the construction is excellent the medium is so comfortable and you get a trial period in which you can change the toppers.

      • Our queen Emma was great when it only cost us $300. Those days are gone. We have full foam, has aged pretty well.

This is the one for you. I purchased it and returned it because it was too firm. The tag on the side even says firm (it's not stated on their website).

      • Thank you all for your reponses. Will flip a coin and grab one

We have Eva, SD and Emma regular.

I find the regular Emma very firm compared to Eva and sleeping duck.

I'm not a fan of firm so prefer Eva and sleeping duck.

Our SD is a bit old now and I find the Eva the best of the 3.

      • Did you find noticable sag in the SD?

        • +1

not initially but now there is a sag on my side (like back/bum area i guess), partner is smaller/lighter so hers doesnt have sag.

If i get some cash i'd probably go SD again, it has been good for how long we've had it (5yrs?)

    • We bought a sleeping duck about 2 months ago. Rang them last month to get an adjustment pad. No problems, in the mail next day.
What sold us on the sleeping duck is the different sides can have different pads for firmness. No more one size fits all problems.

  • Anyone know a good memory foam topper that has real OEKO-TEX or CertiPur certification (verifiable by the number on the label)?

  • Just bought one from OMF a few weeks back. You can test them in store then order online with free delivery. Arrived in 3 days.
Use code SIGNUP5019 for $50 off.

No price in title, clickbaiting perhaps?
Mattress sellers are always on sale…

    • You commented just to say this? Thanks for your feedback zippy.
Next time ill run it by the pro to make sure i cross my t's and dot my i's ;)

I got one a few weeks ago from Emma for this price.

It says medium but it's still very firm, it's like sleeping on a hard slab. I might return it.

    • We got this mattress about a year ago. I hated it for the first month, way too firm. Wifey loved it though, so after a few months it improved a lot. Not sure if I just got use to it or it softened up a bit.

  • +2

    Stop buying Emma products!

  • i have a emma king firm - cost $860. been 2 months no problem with it so far and i love the firmness of it.
Delivery was no problem 1-2 days
setup was easy, i did air it out for 2 days before i used it. - i believe all foam mattresses have a certain smell to them.

I bought the queen for 895 + cashback. Emma mattress is a very good mattress imo, good firmness. I recommend, but only when at discount (which it usually is).

OP, you can buy from this link here for 967.50 - https://www.emma-sleep.com.au/emma-diamond-mattress-clearanc…

And if you combine with shopback, you can drop it down to approx. 900 total

Not a good brand - plenty of reviews on their behaviour on ozb. And suss user

I think the most recent Choice magazine issue on mattresses found the mattresses to be decent/held up in its review, however they couldn't recommend them due to problematic experiences when customers try to access customer service or to claim advertised services of the products such as free return during trial periods.

I tried an Emma mattress probably this time last year, their trial period is great because I returned it for a refund as it started giving me back pain
