another code to try (need ebay plus) is the targeted code starts with SNMSD….. that definitely works just tried it, same method as above add sd card & dyson then code, to find the SNMSD….. code go to "my ebay" drop down menutop right of screen & click "my ebay summary" will show your elegible codes

In all fairness, they weren't telling anyone not to buy it. I personally see it as a reminder that we don't all need a fancy hairdryer.
Yeah our thinking is all in the same ballpark, my point was probably that you could make the case for the $20 item or the $1000 version on almost every single post on here. From vacuums, to furniture right through to keyboards, toys, travel, I could go on with an endless list. Not disagreeing with the comment, just that its apples and oranges. Also understood by the consumer and obvious. Sounds like my troll dial is dialled up higher that intended, I genuinely respect the comment/s.

… and just to clarify as well why I did not purchase the Dyson - there were significant 1 star reviews on Amazon whereby the Dyson hair dryer broke shortly after the warranty period expired rendering the whole appliance inoperable and the customers left high and dry (haha - or maybe wet). With such a large financial outlay, I did not go through with the purchase due to this risk.

I have 4 dyson vacuums of various ages (powered & battery) that have stood the test of time. I don't mind spending $ if i'm going to get a reliable long lasting quality product.
The target price for this is under $400. Got mine in June for $334 with amex cash back from Bing Lee.
