I see 3 pack in your link?
The link above is for the 3 pack too.
It is not normally $49.95 as implied by the strikethrough price.
When a store puts up fake price comparisons to mislead you, you wonder what other information on their site is also fake to entice you to buy…
Right. now 6 Pack is for $29. Add 2 3-pack into the cart and apply the code B1G1
Right.
Your website price is deceptive and misleading and goes against the ACCC advertising laws on price comparisons.
$49.95 for a 3-pack is a fair RRP for Xiaomi chargers when compared to other brands and considering our actual costs. $29 is the clearance price. We've still got a bunch of these phone accessories left ever since Xiaomi phones exited AU retailers. Now finally gonna finish the stock.
@HanaLF: But what jv is trying to say is: have you ever actually sold a single 3-pack for $49.95. It's misleading to cross it out as if that's what they previously cost and highlight $29.00 is a 'deal'.
As jv noted, they were $29 in March, and even $16.95 last year.
@NigelTufnel: They've been on sale regularly.
It said 3 packs not 6 packs
"Add 2 * 3-pack into the cart and apply the code B1G1"
Links to half the 6-pack..
"Add 2 * 3-pack into the cart and apply the code B1G1"
nice! thank you
How about a deal on a 3 pack @HanaLF
Unfortunately our finance team didn't give the green light for the lower price. $29 for 3-pack delivered is actually already below our cost. These chargers are accs of Xiaomi phones, and Xiaomi doesn't officially sell phones in Australia anymore. That's why we are clearing the chargers
Post says 6 pack but link says 3 pack
Got it - add 2 packs and add code
Was thinking this is usb-c, which it appears its not, all good.
Good luck dealing with Panmi if your product has any issues. Your better off buying straight from aliexpress.
Do not expect this retailer to honor warranties. You'll get lost within their internal ticketing system, be asked numerous times for the same information, be asked stupid reputative questions, if you make it through that you'll then be stuck with radio silence for months. Eventually you'll end up with consumer affairs and the other relevant government departments. They'll tell you there's nothing they can do and Panmi pty ltd are unresponsive. You'll be advised to take up a case with NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal however if you live out of NSW you're stuck with going to the magistrates court to get a ruling for costs. You'll end up spending in the $$$'s to get this and then it's likely this ruling for costs will be ignored. My opinion is to not order from Panmi ever again or purchase any of the products they distribute.
Agreed
Yikes, good to know.
Was gonna order an ebike from them too
Yup - was about to post the same warning that Panmi is very responsive when selling products here but after sales service doesn't exist !
I've sent a couple of messages to @HanaLF but those are completely ignored !!
Best of luck to any potential buyers for Panmi - I've leaned the hard way about getting things through a reliable company / sales person.
I've had nothing but issues dealing with Panmi. They refuse to accept warranty claims even when quoting ACC laws. I'd strongly recommend to avoid this retailer
And make you pay shipping first to send it to them, why would I pay more money when I know they're going to find any excuse to knock back the warranty claim.
I had a good experience with Panmi. I read the 'Xiaomi 18W QC 3.0 Fast Charger' description a little too quickly and bought assuming USB-C… After I emailed support in the minutes after the transaction explaining my error, they credited me with no question.
$29 is your normal price for 3… not $49.95
