    The T&C's of this offer say "This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other corporate offer or discount", but then when I click through the offer and search for ISPs it says (on the eConnex website) certain ISPs are offering deals, e.g. Exetel says "$15 Off for First 6 Months". Will I get both the $100 ww gift card and the $15 off from Exetel or does one exclude the other?

    I switched my nbn service provider from Telstra to Exetel through Econnex with the same promotion last year. I've never received a $100 woolworth gift card promised.

          If you complain to telecommunication ombudsman or fair trading, you can argue that its econnex responsibilty (not woolworths) to inform you of delivery of gift card, since the gift card would be expired.

          Ive done it multiple times with other providers and won each time. A lot of people are not aware that ombudsman will side with you 90% of the time.

              Unfortunatly, thats the way with buisnesses these days. They wont improve unless complaints are made and fines are issued.

              Otherwise they step over you and do not accept responsibility.

    I did get my Woolies gift card last year when I signed up, it does look like a really spammy email that i was hesitating to open until i remembered the deal.

    as for personal info, neh already been data leaked at least get some money out of it lol

      Hi @Helenn, yes that is correct. As per the terms of the offer you are only required to stay with the chosen retailer for 45 days post connection although we do recommend you remain with the retailer a little longer, it is completely up to you.

      It takes us some time to get the confirmation of this from the retailer so thats why the GiftCards are sent 90-120 days after.
