I purchased a microSD from Shopping Square. The first one was lost in transit so they arranged to get another one sent. It arrived to my local post office but Australia Post never gave me a card saying it had arrived so after a month at the local post office Australia Post came and picked it up.
It was returned to sender and I only just found out 2 weeks ago after contacting Australia Post, Been waiting since June so I can use it but its been so long now.
I have sent emails to the rep from Ozbargain and tried to get it resolved from the help center but nothing has happened. They should have informed me that the memory card wasn't received and was sent back to Hong Kong but yet they were quiet about it.
I don't think I can launch a dispute through paypal cause its been a couple of months already, What should I do? Any form of help would be greatful
So I spend $29.95 for a MicroSD card that was supposed to be sent from Sydney but ended up being from Hong Kong and then never receiving the item.

Failing that, if they are simply ignoring you via email launch a complaint via the appropriate channels, ACCC I would have thought (and email SQ to tell them you have).
