Coles MasterCard GC works for me via Paypal, and I used it to buy the Footy bonus cards and they also went through! I've got the bonus in my email as soon as the order is confirmed.

Never mind. The bonus card gets delivered separately in an email and you need check your inbox and the $10 bonus card was pretty much delivered immediately via email.
Got 3 emails about the bonus card, all with different codes. Thought I got lucky with extra but turned out it was only 1 bonus in the end.
Same happened to me. Tried claiming from the first 2 emails received and both said I needed to get a new pin to access the gift card. Was sent new pins multiple times but none worked. Then found your message and realised I hadn't opened the 3rd email that they initially sent. Opened that and tried the pin from in there and it worked finally.

I bought one last night, didn't get bonus. Just contact them (can do via their website) and they should email it out to you.
You’ll need to contact them. A friend was meant to receive the main gift card but didn’t. Had to try second time. First charge got reversed. Very wierd.
