    By September all developers have to update their watch faces to the latest wear os version, which is only supported by ticwatch5pro so far. I hope older ticwatch models get software update.

      I'm a WearOS developer as well. From what I can tell, the TicWatch E3 supports Android 9.

      My WearOS app TripWatch, a Sydney public transport tracker supports back to Android 8 / API 26.

      You can update the targetSdk to latest while still having an older compileSdk. Or is there some feature you need from the new WearOS that is not supported on the old version?

        I made these watch faces with Samsung Galaxy Watch Studio. I have no say in the making of versions.

    I can only create Apple watch faces from within Facer app. I have 1-2, but I need to work on them, because they are pretty clumsy… :)

    I also created watch faces for older samsung watches running Tizen OS and published the existing watch faces within the Facer app, so they are available for quite a lot of watches.

  I used to be ble to "install these" even though I don't have an Android watch yet, but lately that hasn't be possible.

    This is sad. Try "installing" it in your browser. It will let you do it there.

        It's a shame… :( Buy a galaxy watch 4. It is dirty cheap now and if I know, it will get the new wear os 4

            @Flyerone: I have Watch 4. It is a great watch, I don't need newer model. Maybe the classic one, just because it has more elegant, but for me in weekdays the simple watch4 is better.

          annoying that it can't be done with this watch face.

            @pinkybrain: I have some watch face with phone companion app. If I make one for this you can download it to your phone and theoretically the play store will detect that you have purchased the watch app. But it will take time, even if the phone app is ready, it has to be accepted by Google first. By the way, if you want to download my dials for free, there's no problem either. on my website I constantly promote coupons for pretty much all my dials (I add another 500 every quarter)

        Today it occurred to me that you can't download this without a watch because I haven't uploaded a phone app for it. I've uploaded one of these to some of my older watch face, that's why you could download it.

          @Adamwear: i just check your other free watch faces and it allows me buy/install it.
          yeah that is weird that google requires companion app for each watch face to let us do this..
          good to know that info.

          I also found another watchface that has same problem
